Step 1 :Order

Choose one of the services that best suites your needs.

Call or email us to receive a quote on the service that you have chosen. You may also use our "quick courier quote" box at the bottom of each page.

After you approve the quote we submit to you by email or verbally...

Next, Go to our "Order" page and place your order for the service that you have chosen.

Storage: short or long term, overnight.
Step 2 :Payment

After you have placed your Order, go to our "Pay Now" page. We will email you an invoice for the cost of the service that you ordered.

The confirmation number that we give you after your payment has been made & accepted will be your order i.d. number.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: All orders must be paid in full at the time of submission & acceptance by CUATL (unless agreed otherwise) before your order can be picked up.
Step 3 :Pickup & Delivery of Parcel
Make sure your Parcel is ready for pick-up when our driver arrives at your location :

There will be a fuel surcharge of 15% after every 15 minutes of wait time after the driver arrives at your location.
